West Cork Ukulele Classes Covid Policy

I’m so happy to be offering ukulele classes in O’Donovan’s Hotel, Clonakilty again.  To keep us all safe, I have measures in place to avoid the spread of Covid-19, in line with HSE guidelines.

Please wear a mask when you come for your class. If there is a reason why you can’t wear a mask, please let me know.

You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser on entering the room.

During the class we will have social distancing in place with the chairs spread out in room 115 so we have plenty of space.

Please arrive on time and leave promptly after your class has finished to allow cleaning and to avoid meeting the next class on their way in.

The room will be aired and sanitised in between classes.

If you can bring the exact amount of money with you that would be appreciated.  I also have a card facility.

Please don’t come to your class if you experience a temperature, a cough, shortness of breath, or a loss of smell or taste, in the 7 days prior to treatment, or if you have been in contact with someone with suspected or concerned coronavirus in the last 14 days.

If you have to miss a class I will email you on the song sheets and video links to any new songs we have started so you will be able to catch up easily.

If there is another lock-down or more restrictions are introduced, the classes will continue on zoom and in addition videos will be available afterwards of the classes.

Thanks so much for your cooperation and I look forward to seeing you soon.  Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Kind regards, Claire
